SomeKind Of Powerful or SKOP started as a personal project of me to collectstories of people I helped and who had helped me during the course of my life.

Is a project to launch my dream as a Inspirational Writer. I created a website and invite a few of my friends to sort of "test drive" the idea. The response was very encouraging, so I decided to make make a few change to the site and leave it opened to Public in the mean time.

Is is a mean for me to include more Real Life Stories for my book, it is alsodedicated to my Family in Singapore as follows:

  • To My Mum, who had fought hard with her complication from diabetes since2005, in the course where she looses both her legs, but never quit toencourage anyone she came across with her little resources and energy.

  • To My Father who always Love me for who I am and showed the meaning ofLove by sticking with my mum throughout her suffering;

  • To Felix, my young brother who had to sacrifice so much at his youth andface so much stress and at time unhappiness to keep everything inorder in the family, and also

  • To my Eldest Brother John Ser, his wife Reta, for showing the Strength ofwhat a First Born should have.Is really very tough to run 2 families,my mum, dad, and his wife with 2 siblings at one time.

Our family been through some very very tough times since 2005. I always felt I should have done better to help, but was struggling almost at all times. But then I decided to let this "burden" of my heart go for good. Like I wrote in SKOP that

"Likethe reality in this world we live in, everything is somehow linked andconnected to every experience you had and you are going to have, weneed time for the truth to reveal their real intention and value to us.Just like how our past experiences and circumstances had somehow leadyou to here and now"
